She moved in next door to me at the end of sixth grade. She was the oldest of five. She had a younger sister, Karen, and three brothers, Michael, Marty and Chris. They had it tough, divorced parents, a mom who tried. Cathy had a diagnosis of arthritis around the age of 14. They thought the doctor was crazy. She found out in her late 20's that she did have RA. She was a good friend, she wanted to be an artist, she loved to paint and draw.
